One of my so-called ‘trainer’ taught me how to properly breath when running.  I was gasping for air like crazy before.  The pain in my legs and chest was excruciating but that teeny weeny light within kept pushing me to go on, holding on to that thought -and this may sound cliche- that the more I push myself, the more I could conquer pain along with other trash in my life.
